We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

The water level is about 5 feet at the beginning of the dock and 6 feet at the end of the dock. This is subject to change with the seasons and may get shallower in the off-season and deeper in the on-season. This dock is shared with neighbors and can be used for fishing or swimming. Please respect the neighbors and do not leave items on the dock.

Please note that the first floor has a mini split wall unit.
