Downtown Farm Charm | Modern 1BR | Mins to USC

Everything was great. The house was a little older than I expected, but updated and adorable and charming. Communication with the host was excellent. We had trouble getting the air conditioner and the tv working upon arrival…I texted and they responded immediately. When we couldn’t get either going via text, they said they would send a maintenance guy over and he arrived in less than 30 minutes and fixed both quickly. One negative to me is the checkout time is 10am…that to me is way too early. The hosts did give us a complimentary late checkout time of 12 noon - which was very nice - but I do think regular checkout should be no earlier than 11am for what you pay. That being said, I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Would recommend

This place is exactly as pictured, immaculate, and comfortable. Wendy leaves clear instructions, is friendly, proactive, and available if needed. The home has everything you need. The area is an older neighborhood where the homes are being updated (which is great to see) and lots of people walk or run (so safe neighborhood). During my stay however, there was the constant noise of sirens (not sure if they are police or ambulance), all day and night, and the horn from a train in the mornings and evenings. Not anything I had to complain about, just did not make for a quiet stay, a noise machine helped to block this out. Aside from that, this is a good place to stay that is within minutes of anything you need and approx. 15 min from Ft. Jackson (the reason for my stay) and the airport with a very easy commute to and from both.
